So this is how my 2yr wedding anniversary went with my husband....

I had to work that morning and we ran a couple of errands after that. We ended up leaving for Minot that same day. Got there, got checked into the hotel and ended up going out and hitting up, Target, Barnes and Noble ,Hot Topic and Spencer's. I got things from Target, Barnes and Noble and Spencer's as well. Hubby didn't find anything he wanted and the place he wanted to go was already closing anyways. Later that night, we settle into our hotel room only for me to have a sever anxiety attack due to the other people on the same floor banging against the walls and doors. The front desk moved us to a different room where it was quieter in the end.


Anniversary (5/16)

NOTHING Went right that morning for us. Flat tire on his car, using his spare. We went to walmart where he could use his discount to only be turned away in their Autocare area since they had no openings for walk-ins. We called another place and they were able to take us, but we got misquoted a price for tires. We thought they had said 69.00 for two tires, turns out it was 92. We ended up using what funds we had left in the end to pay for his new tires and that took at least 2hrs or so as well. We ended up paying 239.00 altogether for this as well. My husband was furious about this for a good solid couple of hours. He finally calmed down once we went to his place he wanted to go. We ended up seeing my best friend as well though, since she lives in Minot. He got a couple of Magic The Gathering card packs and I got him one and a keychain as well.

We got home that night and ended up ordering pizza, only to find out, the Pizza Hut app never sent our order through. So, I called and didn't get a response. He calls, and he gets a response and they take the order over the phone and explain to him what had happened. We ended up getting our order closer to 10pm. We ended the night with pizza and watching Fast X as well.

So, wasn't a complete fail, but nonetheless.

So, I started up my meds again yesterday and today. Oh my goodness. I don't remember having the symptoms going on them. I ended up nauseated, dizzy and even vomiting today as well due to the medications. I was really not expecting to be so sick the rest of the day though either. I know these type of things happen, but man....It was definitely a rough day adjusting back to them. I just hope this isn't going to happen every day.

So, today was the last day of school for the college I work at. I was not expecting a applause during the graduation lunch we provided today. The photographer who does all the photos for the school events, she asked for one of the Teton Grill (Cafeteria) crew and what happened next was so unexpected. Students started clapping and then other followed as well. My boss, the other cook and myself were taken aback by this gesture and we even tried not to cry. It was just a moment where we hadn't been used to this and it happened. It made our day that much better.

So, closing shenanigans with work. Myself, the other cook and one of the servers all started singing and dancing to BackStreet Boys today. One of the girls even got it on video. Lmao. It was a lot of fun, to let loose like that and just have a good time and a good way to end the school year as well. I hope next year is just as much fun like this as it was this year.
